Its Official! Zendesk Customers to Have Apple Business Chat Availability

After a long beta of close to 2 years, all Zendesk customers will now have general availability of Apple Business Chat.

Apple Business Chat is a service with which businesses can offer their customers real-time service using the Messages app on all iOS and Mac devices including the iPads. Apple Business Chat option can be directly integrated to business profile on Apple Maps which makes it easier for general customers to reach out to businesses.

Many of the business these days are opting these kind of new servicing options as it helps lowering their operating costs and Whatsapp is also one of its kind. Customer servicing with real-time messaging is a go-to option for many companies these days as it increases customer satisfaction by avoiding call-wait times.

Zendesk announced the service on their official website

With $495 per month, Zendesk customers can avail the Apple Business Chat service. This will be a very good opportunity for businesses to lower operating costs by reducing the calls and shifting to the low cost servicing option.

Apart from Zendesk customers, Apple Business Chat is currently available in beta for customers of T-Mobile, Sprint, Dish, Hilton, The Home Depot, AXA, Credit Suisse amongst others.
