After the Indian govt banned 59 Chinese applications, there is an increase in the number of indigenous Apps. DocStack is developed by IIT-Delhi students which is made sure to fill the void left by CamScanner. The app description on iOS App Store reads, “It not solely helps you to take professional high-quality scans on the go, however, the common search characteristic helps you to discover paperwork simply if you want them essentially the most.”

DocStack app is free to download, but it has in-app purchases to get extra services like unlimited storage, extra document security and the user can store up to 30 scanned documents in the free version.

While the app is built in two weeks after the ban made by the govt, the app doesn’t enable you to change the format from PDF for the scanned images. From enabling to store and sharing your bills to records in an organized way, the app brings you an universal search feature which helps you to search for documents.
